It runs in the background and with a double tap on [ctrl] button a search form appears in the center of the screen. That kind of implementation would be great for the service you think about. For CAPTURING quick notes I use a metal <a title="FlipNotes" href="http://www.wellspringgift.com/FlipNotes/tabid/70/Default.aspx" rel="nofollow">Flip Note</a> I process/organize them later. I can easily trash notes that I don't want to save. <a title="Flip Note Fan" href="http://www.flipnotefan.com" rel="nofollow">Flip Note Fan</a> I like to keep it simple.
